All escape rooms at Trapped Veranda Mall can be adapted for children from 7 years oldThe games are available on 3 difficulty levels, with challenges suitable for both younger children and teenagers. Children over 12 years old can participate in the game alone, but those between 7 and 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult guide.

Being a team game, I can participate minimum 2 and maximum 7 people in a room, regardless of whether the team consists of adults only or is a mixed group (adults and children).

No, payment for Trapped escape room games is made at the location, on the day of booking.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to a few hours before the scheduled time, using the cancellation link in the confirmation email or by contacting us by phone.

Trapped Veranda Mall is located right inside Veranda Mall (Str. Ziduri Moși 23), on Level 2, being a very accessible location both by public transportation and by personal car.

Public transport: If you come by metro, get off at Obor station, then cross the square and you will see the mall. You can also get there by trams 1, 10, 21 or buses 330 and 335, which stop in front of the building.

By car: Veranda Mall has parking; from the Level 2 parking lot, follow the signs to the Trapped location – you can find us across from the C&A store.
