the Trapped story
In 2014, we opened Trapped in a city that didn't yet know the wonderful world of escape rooms. We inaugurated in Bucharest the first location dedicated to this type of exciting activity, for people of all ages, with unique activities and spectacular settings.
In these 10 years full of adventures, with a lot of creativity and passion, we have given life to unique rooms that have created and grown a loyal community of escapers.
Today, Trapped is the biggest escape room in Bucharest, with two central locations and 12 original games. Over 180.000 players have crossed our threshold, and every escape has been a moment of joy and suspense lived with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Right before our birthday, on August 31st, we're doing an honor: you can play any escape room for free at any of the 2 Trapped locations!
How? It's very simple: all you have to do is book an escape room at Trapped on August 31st, and then you and your team post a minimum of 2 stories or posts per team, on Facebook or Instagram, when you come to play the room. Each post must include a picture from the location, taken on August 31st, and the message “Happy Birthday Trapped! #trapped10years". To benefit from the freebies, the participants must show the posts made by the team to the game master at the end for validation.

On our birthday, we reward you with a special gift! Between September 1 and 10, we invite you to participate in the Escape Marathon at Trapped. Play an escape room during this period and you will automatically enter the raffle for the grand prize, a PS5, as well as other exciting prizes: 1 Catan Big Box and 10 Exit games from partner Ideal Board Games!
